R.L. Dawson II joined Dixon Electrical Systems in 1998 as the first employee. He has been a member of I.B.E.W. Local #317 for over 30 years. He has a broad understanding of construction and maintenance disciplines within the electrical industry. He is experienced in both commercial and Industrial applications. R.L. has excellent communications skills which he uses to building relationships with Team members and Clients Alike. He has three (3) children – Jessica, Matthew, Sara and one beautiful Granddaughter Lyla. RL enjoys traveling and new adventures with his fiancée, Jenny. He enjoys sporting events, tailgating and the outdoors. He enjoys spending time with family and friends as he practices to maintain the Title of "Grill Master."
